I was raised in Martinsville, VA - you've probably never heard of it unless you are a NASCAR fan! I moved to Atlanta after completing my MFA in dance from Florida State U. I currently teach dance at Kennesaw State U, teach Yoga at various gyms in the city, and dance for the modern dance company, Staibdance. I absolutely adore animals (esp. dogs!) and have two of my own. They were both given to us by the universe, i.e. strays that became attached to us instantly. I have raised my dogs from puppy-hood until the present and they are both around 5 years old. I love anything to do with dogs - I can and will do it all! My professional experience consists of interning at an SPCA when I was in my undergraduate program in VA.
