    Hi, I'm Courtney Baldwin and I'm 19 years old. I have a part-time job as a hostess/cashier at the Hudson Cafe downtown, and I am a part-time junior at Wayne State University studying Clinical Psychology. My schedule is very flexible all through August since I've taken this semester off. I've been versed in K-9 raising and training for more than half my life, and I've never formally had a caregiver job, but I've raised two Staffordshire pit bulls that you wouldn't even be able to picture them not well behaved once you've seen their mannerisms. People have never seen a dog as house-trained as ours and from my display photo, you can see we have loads of fun with all pets.

    The trick is to remind the pet that a master is not a dominator, but an elder and a provider; animals understand relationships just as well as people do. I also don't mind multitasking with any age of children while I perform my pet sitter duties. My daily activities would range from walking, biking, playing fetch or tug-of-war, sewing, cooking, cleaning, (and yes I do windows) and I have a very alert ear for anything out of the ordinary. I'll even read a bedtime story if you'd like! I watch Animal Planet constantly and I absolutely adore any type of animal! I usually get along with most of the cats and dogs I meet, and I'm perfectly willing to research the proper instruction or carry out any special accommodations for any other type of pet.
