My name is Linda Montenegro, I live in Kannapolis North Carolina.

I have worked for and volunteered for several years at animal shelters, humane societies, pet clinics, breeders and vet offices in the past, and I have also pet-sat for people many times. I have been active in the rescuing, placement and the rehabilation of pit bulls seized in dog fighting rings in Florida since 1996 and Ohio since 2008. I am a member of the Best Friends organization and 2 other organizations to stop animal abuse and dog fighting. I feel it's extremely important to stand up for animals rights, to be their voice.

 For your animal(s)- Duties include but not limited to::

Love, feed/water, administer meds, take potty, walks, clean-up after, baths, trim nails (I use pedi-paws), administer Advantix., change/clean out litter boxes. House train, train dogs not to jump on people.

I currently have 4 pets, although I don't care for the term "pet" they are all my babies. I have 1 dog Hannibal he's a pit bull, I have had him for 7 years. I got him when he was just a lil pup, he had been abandoned by a dog fighting ring that had vacated in a hurry.  At the time I had just had my 3rd miscarriage. I would say I rescued him but the truth is he rescued me! He is without a doubt the best dog I have ever had!

I also have 2 Red-eared Slider Turtles, Tourquoise & Donatello. I have had them for almost 13 years they are awesome.

I also have a guinea pig, Theodore. I have had him for about a year. I love all types of animals EXCEPT....Rats, Mice, Trantulas or Scorpians.

I am available Mon-Sun, times are flexible.
