I am relocating to Austin from Santa Fe, NM, and am currently interested in caring for your pets. For the past year and a half I have worked as an Executive Assistant in a counseling agency for youth and families, and for the three years prior, I worked in an office in Portland, Maine, where I worked behind the scenes to keep a shelter for homeless youth running, and am honestly sick of working in an office; I've really missed working in a more social job, and I think that working with a family would be a great opportunity to find joy in my work again. I have 15 years of experience with babysitting and nannying.  I have also in the past worked as a rec counselor, and spent my summer working at the Omega Institute's Teen Camp in NY, with 12-18 year olds, teaching guided meditation, mask-making, and other really cool activities! I am very clean, patient, and creative, and have an older but reliable car as well as a flawless driving record. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
