I just received my work visa as my husband studies at BYU. I am from Guatemala and am a pet fanatic. We have two cats that were previously abused and have helped them become loving, outgoing animals that love to talk to us because we talk to them. I really love cats and dogs (especially chihuahuas) but enjoy birds and other mammals including hamsters and ferrets.

Since I was ten I have had all kinds of pets: cats, dogs, parrots, hamsters, bunnies. I would clean them, feed them, care for them and love them. I own two previously abused cats now and have helped them transition into loving cats.
