SpeedSitting: The 5-Minute Hunt for the Perfect Babysitter
(Chicago, Ill.) - Sittercity's first-ever Speedsitting event shook up Chicago like nothing else at its debut at Fox and Obel downtown on October 1! Featuring more than 60 parents and 60 area sitters, the event was a two-hour long speed-date -- except that parents were meeting with local caregivers and nannies. Attended by every local TV station, radio station and print outlet in the city, including FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, The Sun-Times, the Tribune and Parent magazine, the event made sure that many matches were made, and many parents left happy.
