Hi, my name is Kayla. Yes, I am young but if given the chance I could be what you are looking for. I am a mother's helper/babysitter/nanny, not only that but I am a housekeeper and senior helper. I am certified in CPR, First Aid and Article 9 as well. No, I am not a CNA but I have other attributes to offer like house cleaning, cooking, bathing, going on walks, etc. I am indecisive about my career choices at this point for I do not know if I want to go to school to be a CNA, a health care provider, doctor, nurse or just provide senior care. I am very hard working, responsible, have great work ethics and a wonderful person all together. I can be a great partner for your parent/s or spouse, whether it is companionship or just someone to help out with doing things that are just to hard to now. I am a great cook, and I love to bake or even just cook the major 3 meals a day, as well as running errands, going for walks, bathing, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, ironing, grocery shopping, and when or as needed I can also distribute medication, so on and so forth. I have done these specific tasks for many years. I had to learn at a young age, and I wanted to learn how to be independent and what I wanted to do most out of life, and this is what I enjoy doing. I am a social butterfly. I love to make people laugh and brighten up their day, whether it's for 3 hours or 8, I am a people person and I have a big loving heart. I am a lot of fun to be around, very funny, and outgoing. I can be a kid at heart, but very responsible, laid back and tough when need to be. NO, I may not know how to distribute IV's or do high maintenance medical duties, but I can be a friend and companion and be there when I am needed and some times that is all an individual needs and wants. If trained and told what to do I can get the job done and do it right. Just look to me as a person to take place of the person/child of that senior parent while that individual was at work, running errands, etc. Or like a family member lending a helping hand to her grandparents, great grandparents, etc. I have done senior care in the past for friends and family members so what I am applying for is nothing new to me, and I love doing it! I live to help people, children, and individuals in need. To me it is no different then doing house care/housekeeping, babysitting, Nanning, etc. I take my job very seriously, and no it is not a regular 9-5 job, but it is more than that because you are taking care of another person's life, whether a baby, son, daughter, father, mother, grandparent, etc. I am very reliable whether by car, bus, bike, walking or light-rail. I have worked with many different types of seniors and I love helping people. Thank you for reading my profile.
I do not have any specific training, but i do love helping seniors out with what ever their need's are. I have done a lot of volenteery work throughout my childhood. I am certified in CPR and First Aid encluding Article 9.
