I have had the pleasure of assisting my elderly mother in law, as well as volunteering in nursing homes, to give me the experience of working with seniors and to realize I really would love to help. I am available from anything to just being a friend, someone to talk to, go on a walk to get  out of the house, to housework(laundry, kitchen, dishes, making beds,straightening,etc); yardwork(mowing lawn, picking weeds, basic gardening), transportation and errands, and basic medical care(willing to train for care that needs to be done at home, but already familiar with dispensing medication, testing blood sugar, wound care, and cleansing/bathing. Perhaps you are a son/daughter that is moving out of town and just wants to have someone around to reach that book of the top shelf for them when they need it or bring in the mail, Id be happy to be on call for the silly little things, too! I live in SE Huntsville but am willing to travel within reason to other areas.
