I have experience with the geriatric population and in home care. Unfortunately, I have some physical limitations, so I am no longer able to lift or turn patients in bed. If your loved ones need skilled observation, medication administration, dressing changes, tube feeding, IV care, suctioning, dressing changes or any other care that would not require lifting or turning, I can meet their needs. I had shoulder surgery that precludes me from lifting. I charge less than agencies because I realize the need that exists for those who do not have medical insurance and how expensive care can be for self-paying clients. My time is available to all, but I just wanted to say that I have a special interest in those diagnosed with ALS or other neuromuscular diseases.
