After my high school graduation, I moved in with my grandmother in MA, after Grandpa passed away, while she adjusted to living without him. I ended up staying with her for four years! We have always been, and remain, very close.
During that period, I also spent time with a wonderful lady who was a delight to be around. She needed some supervision to make sure she didn't wander away and get lost, so we would do crafts in the house, or take walks together. My specific duties were light housekeeping, meal preparations, and seeing to her general safety.
