 Hello I am Zaquita Meadows a rising Fall 2011 Nursing Student I am very proficent with Home Health Care care does duties of house keeping such as making beds, washing dishes, keeping house clean, doing laundry and many more. I provide meals and activities at non-residential care facilities. Give advice to family members, elders and disabled on the things such as cleanliness, household utilities and nutrition. I support and implements patient care plan. He or she provides routine care such as bathing, feeding and dressing. Home care keeps records and takes of vital signs of patient.

Home care provides medication reminders. I am also also responsible for providing patient transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping and outside activities. I also report about any change in client's condition or location. Responsible for various other duties as assigned.
