Hi, my name is Lucie and I am from Czech Republic. I just earned my Bachelor degree in primary education from Cleveland State Univeristy. Below is a short summary of my experience. if you would like to learn more about me, please don't hesitate to contact me.

I truly believe that students learn the best on the base of their interest in any area of subject. I like to bring hands on activities and create a natural curiosity and inner motivation in my students. I also believe that my job is to be the coach, not the directing instructor.

In 2002, I obtained my first Early Childhood Education Degree at the Gymnasium & Pedagogical Secondary School in the Czech Republic. I have two years of Student Teaching experience in Montessori kindergarten and have also completed student practicums in different child settings, such as a regular preschool setting, nursery homes, and an orphanage institution for children ranging between birth and 18 years old. Between 2003 and 2008, I completed the Au-pair Certification which gave me the opportunity to further develop my skills for communicating with parents/guardians and teachers. In 2005, I completed the ESL program at Cuga Community College, which helps me better understand ELL/ESL students and their process of learning. In addition, my background includes experience with general education for toddler through 3rd grade instruction.
