I am currently a working towards beginning my career as an elementary school teacher. I have been a fourth grade long term substitute teacher, and a building teaching assistant in both elementary and middle school. Currently, I am an associate teacher in Hartford public schools and work closely with third grade. I have tutorted two high school senior boys, seperately, in Algebra 2. I find with my experience, I am capable of tutoring student proficiently in math, as well as, reading to those who are in elementary and middle grade levels. Math is my strength and feel the most confident in tutoring. I took french for 7-8 years, and while I'm not fluent in the language I believe that I could still provide support to students beginning in their first three years.
