I graduated in December with my degree in Early Childhood Education. For the past two years espceially, I have been in the school system frequently. Since December I have worked as a fifth grade special education parapro so I have learned several techniques for giving extra help and modifying assignments. I'm very patient and caring. I've found that I work very well one on one and in a small group setting. When I was in school I had a hard time with math but I've found that that has made me a better math teacher because I had to compensate when I was younger and come up with ways that worked for me to solve problems. I have a three year old daugther and I have set up a pre-school setting in our home so that she will be beyond ready to start to start pre-k when she is four. I am more than willing to do this for your child. I think its important to do activities during the summer to keep kids from losing all the information they learned during the school year. I know lots of fun games and activites to play for just about every subject that is excellent review. I would be honored to work with you and your child.
