Hi! I love teaching children and helping them learn new materials. Watching a kid's face light up as they finally "get" a concept for the first time is so exciting! I worked as a tutor for the America Reads program while I was in college -- this involved going to a local elementary school and working on reading skills with children in the bilingual classes. I also have tutored college-level Spanish and English. Currently I am teaching a weekly Sunday School class for children ages six through eight. This is one of the highpoints of my week, and I love using interactive/visual methods to engage the students and help convey the lesson.
