I am a 24-year-old recent college graduate who has been gaining experience in the non-traditional teaching field as an environmental educator over the past year. For 13 years, I have been tutoring peers and younger students and love it! I combined this passion with my love for the outdoors - my degree is in Marine Sciences - through my internships as an environmental educator and have found my true passion as a non-traditional educator.
Tutoring is another great way to educate in a non-traditional fashion and I look forward to more opportunities to help others in this way.

I started tutoring in sixth grade when I finished my work too early so my teachers asked me to help others. I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed helping others understand the material and have been tutoring ever since.
