I have worked as a special education teacher in Lancaster, PA. for the past two years. I recently moved to Annapolis. I decided to earn my degree as a special educator because I feel that every child despite their ability level, is unique and has the right to learn and strive in an environment they feel safe and comfortable in. I have a huge passion for working with children and watching them grow and learn. I have had experience working with children ranging from newborn -16 for the past thirteen years. For the past three summers I have worked for a family with four children ages 3, 5, 7, and 8.  I was also a camp counselor for three summer and I have provided tutoring/homework help for children/students for the past 10 years
