I love kids and love teaching! I love taking part in and enhancing a child's enjoyment of learning. I was an Elementary School Volunteer, Tutoring for kids needing a little extra help with Reading or Math for six years. I am a mom of a 15yr old daughter, her former soccer coach and cheerleading coach. I was also a gymnastics instructor part-time while in college for kids ages 2-6yrs old. I love dance and choreography also. Long ago, taught my youngest sister her "times tables" and realized from that experience that I am a very patient and effective teacher and communicator. As a former Flight Attendant (for 15yrs) and many years in Customer Service, I am very outgoing, organized, efficient and very dependable. I also believe teaching and learning should be a lively, interactive and fun experience and incorporate games and humor when possible. I graduated from UNT with a Bachelor of Science Degree with English, Math and Science being my strongest subjects.
