Personal Information: I am currently a sophomore at Auburn University studying Industrial Design. While I am very responsible, organized, and tidy, I also love to laugh, have fun, and prefer to use creativity as an outlet for both academic and social aspects of my life. My natural parental instinct makes me extremely caring and protective, and even though I like to have fun, I know when to be serious and stay on task. Past Experience: As an older sister, I have learned to adapt several skills and traits that allow me to properly care for those younger than me. In addition to several babysitting jobs over the years, I recently volunteered at Stapleton Elementary School where I assisted in caring for 18 Kindergarteners who taught me both patience and responsibility. I also had the opportunity to coach a wonderful group of 9-12-year-old girls, as well as help run several soccer Read more camps for Daphne Strike Soccer Club, which were attended by hundreds of kids of various ages. In addition to being qualified to care for younger kids, I also have experience with caring for those closer to my age as well. My senior year of high school I was captain of my soccer team, which not only allowed me the chance to be their mentor and leader, but also their friend and confidant. I have also had the opportunity to interact with kids from different cultures, including those living in the orphanages I visited while in the Dominican Republic last summer. I have a deep passion for helping others, and I am very capable of caring for and helping kids of all ages and demeanors.
