I've been babysitting ever since I was 7 years a old. Started off babysitting family members' kids and neighborhood kids. I recently worked as an Residential Instructor at The Learning Tree in Tallasee, AL, working with autistic individuals (ages 6-21). I was trained on a technique called PCM, which is a technique used to safely restrain autistic children and adults.
