Before I ever had children, I babysat a couple of children who lived down the road from me. Fast forward a few years and I am a mom of two young girls. One is about two and a half and one is nearly 11 months. So, I definitely have some experience! I cannot say I'm CPR-certified. My husband has been CPR certified from work and the military and has shown me what to do. It isn't the same as being "official". But I am constantly focused so any problems should not arise in the first place! I would want someone paying attention to my children; I know how it is and I offer the same as I would want and certainly expect! I am not a criminal and have never been arrested (it sucks to have to pay for a background check!) I will mention I do have a brother Read more who is legally blind so I have experience with that. Also, my oldest has a speech delay so I am familiar with that as well. I do love animals and have years of experience with cats, dogs, even a rooster before! Any questions, please contact me. I am reliable/dependable and a decent and trustworthy person. I know it is scary to leave children with someone you don't know, even if they did have experience. But if you believe me and give me an opportunity, I think you will be at ease with the decision. :)
