Hi, I'm LeAnn. I'm a college student that is taking some time off to pay for school, and I love working with children. I majored in Special Eduaction for Elementary School students, and volunteered with youth centers in the area. I'm the oldest of 4, so I've been teaching kids to read, changing diapers, and babysitting since I was 10. My Mom started an at-home day-care when I was 14, and I used to assist her with the kids when I wasn't in school. She eventually shut her day-care down, and some of the parents asked me to start babysitting for them, which was my formal beginning as a babysitter. I babysat throughout my high school years for families in my neighborhood. This past summer, I worked at a daycare called Little Reasons in Warner Robins, Georgia, where I worked with children from 6 weeks to eleven years old.
