Looking not just for a job but a family to work with who will become more like friends. A family that enjoys some of the same activities as my family and likes to be out and about. I have been in childcare since I was a teen and now I am 33 years old. (shhh) I am looking for a more stable lifestyle where the children and I can have fun together and they can build a trusting relationship with myself and my own children. I am looking for long term as I have a hard time getting attached to children and people and then never seeing them again :( I look forward to finding a family who will fit well together with my own! I have owned and operated my own commercial facility for 7 years. I have worked in local centers helping them to achieve their enrollment goals and designing Read more curriculums and preschool programs according to their needs. I have also been able to sub in the Bentonville Public School System while being on call for local daycare provides to cover call ins. For the last two years I have been running a small in home childcare program since the birth of my last child in November 2011.
