Meet Emily

I graduated from University of Arkansas with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in English as a Second Language. I have worked with kids of all ages and I have been babysitting since I was about 15.  I was really involved with the daycare at my church in high school and was a camp counselor at a summer camp for kids of all ages. Every Sunday in college I worked with a mentoring program for Kindergarten girls.  I moved to New Jersey right after graduating college to be a full time live in nanny for two amazing kids. I successfully coordinated activities in four different states for the 3 year old girl and 5 year old boy. I planned and implemented a daily schedule (activities, education, and play dates), 40-70 hours a week. I created weekly and monthly learning milestones with tracking spreadsheets. I also researched Read more and arranged 10-16 field trips per month including transportation. After a year of being a nanny I decide to pursue a career in events. Although I am not currently a nanny I still absolutely love kids and miss working with them. I would love to be able to babysit on the side of my full time job.
