For the last 2 years I have worked as a private nanny for one child from time of birth until present. This experience has been beyond rewarding as I have been able to not only utilize my knowledge of child development, but being able to see this little person develop her unique personality has been incredibly amazing. I worked with children and families at a non-profit organization for nearly 8 years. I have much experience working with special needs children. I have created activities, therapeutic interventions, and have also done parent training workshops to implement structure and consistency in the home and community. I love drawing, painting, doing any crafts, and doing creative silly things. I enjoy the outdoors and believe that art and nature can be very positive things in a child's life.
