I have been babysitting since the age of 12 when my mommy died. I have 2 younger siblings that I had to look after. Also, a year or two later, I started keeping the neighborhood kids as their parents went to work or wanted a couple of hours to themselves. They saw how honest and trustworthy I was at a young age and it impressed them to give me a chance. By the age of 15 , I was looking after 5 kids. Of course it wasn't very long hours because I was still in school. By the age of 20, I was babysitting on a hourly basis of maybe 7 children. From age 20 to 28, I still babysat children just whenever needed and was working as CNA, housekeeping, cashier, transportation for Kids For The Future, Home health (I have a lot of experience in that field as well), Read more and more. Age 29, I went to PCCUA and received my Tech Certificate and AAS in EarlyChildhood and I am now a Strayer University student pursuing Criminal Justice for my Bachelors. I am fun, goofy, honest, loyal, clean, respectful, trustworthy, and on time. I feel that this is a serious job. You also treat people with kindness and give them that security they need. You have to make everyone around you comfortble and be comfortable yourself to do a great job. I believe I am a great candidate because I have the experience and can get the job done!
