Hello my name is Victoria. I have help with childcare for as long as I can remember. I have been blessed with a beautiful daughter of my own for which I am so thankful. I am the second of seven children so I've had great exposure in that alone. Plus growing up my mother babysit pretty near half the children in both towns as well as the surround areas we were raised in. I've also worked in public school settings from teachers aid to janitorial to cafeteria as well as with the special needs children for about 9 years. I like a good schedule and boundaries but from time to time I feel as though the children need a change of pace providing they are ok with change. I do love giving children choices, provide them with the choice along with the consequence per item and gently guide them along.
