I have a special needs son with severe autism. For 17 years he required 24/7 care. Through these years I LEARNED ALOT!! He recently had to go into a residential facility and i found myself having such a love and compassion for children. I worked at a hotel for the past two years but just did not feel fulfilled. My heart was into working with children. From my experience with my son i also gained great empathy for parents that need to work, need a break.. and need someone they can trust their child with. I am that person. I am 53 years old but have the personality of a 20 yr old.
