I am one of six children, three that are younger than me. I have helped my parents for years to care for my younger siblings from the time they were in diapers until they were in high school. Throughout high school I would babysit teacher's children for date nights. I also worked two summers as a Teacher's Assistant for a Child Development Center, in which time I was responsible for caring for about 20 children between the ages of 4 and 6. Now, I have an 18-month niece that I care for a lot in my free time, and I have helped take care of her since she was born.
