I have plenty experience in dealing and watching children. I worked in a preschool for three years in which we taught the children their numbers, ABC’s, colors, shapes, you name it. We also cooked and cleaned for the children as we had to have a sanitary area for all the children. I also babysit frequently for family members and friends. When I was in highschool I was in MCJROTC (marine core junior reserved officers training core). Jrotc teaches us about not only leadership but respect and integrity. This program is student run and has a chain of command (if your in the military you already know how important chain of command is). A chain of command has different levels of leaders in charge of running the program and the main one running every thing is the Commanding Officer or CO. My fourth year in Jrotc I was given the great Read more oppurtunity to be the Commanding Officer in which we plan fundraisers, plan social events, run community services, contact important people, it is a very difficult task but gives great experience in planning events, leadership, and control. With this experience it helps make planning things much easier. Also due the strict policies in Jrotc i will never be late unless personal problems occur that will effect the schedule. I am also currently attending college part time but i am willing to work around it.
