Hi! My name is Shelby, I'm 26 years old and have always had a love for children. I grew up with a stay at home mom that became sick at a young age so my responsibilities widened to taking care of my two younger siblings. I specifically remember being asked as a child what I wanted to be when I grew up and my answer was always "a mom". I started baby sitting around my neighborhood at the young age of 12 and eventually had a baby sitting job every night of the week. Including being a nanny to 2 children, 6 months and 3 years old for 2 years when I was 17. I've babysat children ranging from 2 months old to 15 years old. Now at the age of 26 after a long haul of trucking my way up the corporate ladder, I decided to switch career paths Read more entirely. I'm currently almost done with cosmetology school and am looking for a flexible job that I am able to have complete passion for. SO baby sitting was the first thing that came to mind as I always thought I would be a mom at my age. I absolutely love craft time, finding new and creative ways to keep the little ones or preteens entertained and their homework will always be complete. So whether you need a one time sitter for a date night, need someone regularly, or even full time in the future... I hope you consider me! I live in Casa Grande but travel to Chandler area on a daily basis and sometimes stay with friends in Awhatukee so my transportation to locations around those areas are not a problem at all. I'm not sure if it matters but maybe I should forewarn you I have blue hair haha :)
