We spent hours in discussion and interviews, I introduced her to the kids and showed her around. I gave her the key to my home, and added her to the "allowed pick ups" list at their school. She said she was excited to start, and I was excited to have help. Three days before she was going to start, she quit by text. This left me scrambling and panicked to find child care at the last minute. This was unprofessional.
