In 2015 I was a before and after school 'teacher' for a program in the Washington Elementary School District in Phoenix, AZ for a semester before I moved to Flagstaff. In 2016 I was also an in home caregiver to an elderly gentleman locally. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Art Education degree and actively taking education classes as well as observation hours at local schools and childcare facilities. I spent some time working entry level office positions but I would love to get back to working with children especially in a such a hands on position. My specialty is definitely connecting with children through art and creativity but I also have experience tutoring/assisting with homework. I also love the outdoors and have recently taken up backpacking I believe Flagstaff is an excellent community for outdoor activity especially with all our lovely parks.
