I am a senior at the University of Arizona. I have had the opportunity to take care of many sweet little ones. Over the past two years my primary responsibility has been acting as a nanny for a little girl in my neighborhood. Over that time she has grown up and is getting ready for preschool. In addition, I work with other children ages 4 years to eight years on an as needed basis. My favorite part is watching them get excited about learning new things and making things. I have a variety of experiments that I like to involve the children with, crafts, baking and sports. To me my responsibility is not to watch them but to provide a safe, fun learning environment in everyday activities.
