I have worked with children of all ages for over 15 years. Within my experience, I have served as a mentor with the Boys and Girls Club, managed cases in social work, acted as lead teacher with Head Start and Early Head Start and most recently assisted a variety of child care centers as a coach to improve overall quality in the early childhood profession. In addition to my experience, I have a degree in Family and Human Development with several hours of additional training in understanding social/emotional behavior, child interactions and other topics in early childhood care.
