I am CPR certified, so with that out of the way, I am a second year university student that enjoy taking care of children. I currently volunteer at a hospital so I understand how to treat kids and older children alike. I have volunteered in a k-12th school and I am currently volunteering with students from the age of 13-18 (this is a high school) where I am responsible with explaining whatever problems a student has with their lesson and going over it to make sure they understand. This has taught me that patience is necessary with dealing with younger kids. I am also a younger sister so from a personal experience, I know what it takes to make sure younger kids are happy, such as spending time with them, taking care of them, making sure they are fed and just overall make the experience a positive one for them.
