These three attributes come naturally when I’m interacting with a child. These are also a few particular factors as to why I choose to spend my time with them. There was a time where one of my cheerleaders didn’t want to put any effort in and threw a fit because she wasn’t the main flyer. I reminded her that it’s not always about receiving attention from the crowd. It’s important to work with her team and help everyone hit their marks considering her role as a captain, an example, and a leader for the rest of the girls. I impacted this adolescent’s life and taught her valuable lifelong skills. I’m interested in the position of working with kids due to my indescribable passion for helping children. I would like the opportunity to be surrounded by these intellectual youngsters as they continue to develop.
