I hired Parismarie to watch my son two afternoons per week as a mother's helper. The first week she called the morning of with a medical excuse. The second week she had her sister call me with another medical excuse. The third week she worked for us as planned, and the fourth week she called with a flat tire Monday afternoon, and then simply didn't show up or call on Tuesday. My son liked her the two days she actually showed up, but the bottom line is you can't depend on her.
