Hi Megan, a call would have been sufficient had our arrangement not been to your satisfaction. It is a stressful and time consuming event to find new care for your child and expensive to run an $80.00 background check (which is the price we pay to ensure our children are safe). I wish you well, we were excited to have you helping in our home but the none response after a scheduled day of care missed is unacceptable. Take care
