Hi, my name is Kara. I've been working with children ages 0-23 years old for almost 14 years.I'm a certified Medical Assistant with my bachelors in fine arts but attending online to achieve my Masters as a TVI (teacher for Visually Impaired). I have been working for a school district for the past 3 years in the special education department with medically fragile students.. I previously taught general preschool for 6 years. I have worked with children with health conditions and disabilituies including visual impairment, hear loss, speech, autism, behavioral health, seizures cancer, kidney disease, Cerebral Palsy and children with difficulty eating (GTubes) and mobility. (wheelchairs, walkers, paralyzed.). I have my certifications in CPR (Infant, Child, Adult), AED, First Aide 3, RBT, CPI, Food Handlers, Arizona Fingerprint Clarence Card, Negative TB Test and updated flu shots. My schedule for Summers Mid May-end of July are completely open once the school Read more year starts my hours are MON-FRI 4:30pm-10PM Saturdays and Sundays open all day. I will be off for 2 weeks in December, a week in October and March as well as Monday Holidays I would be willing to work during those times.
