For me, my title wasn't "babysitting", I was a care provider, but I think it's all the same. I've been in this field for 14 years now. I am a caregiver and I started with children first and young adults. I'm currently working with a 108 yr old. I am ready to work with the younger again :-). I started in this field after my grandmother passed and I really enjoy it. I haven't gone any further than a caregiver because I like the one on one connection that you don't always get as a CNA or RN.
