Hello, I am Shauna and I am an Education Major at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. I have experience with children from birth through high school. I have extensive training in early childhood education, multicultural experiences, and children and youth ministries. In my 7 years of experience I have been employed as a babysitter and nanny, a church nursery attendant, a director of summer programming for preschool and school aged children, and an after school provider for a private school. My many hours of volunteer participation include experience in assisting and teaching Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, and leading refugee and homeless ministries. This summer I spent three weeks teaching English as a Second Language in Indonesia. I have a passion for children and I hope that your family and I are a great fit!
