I am a young professional working full time and building on my work experience. I also am a dance instructor part time teaching mainly west coast swing & variety of other partner dance in group classes or private lesson. I am also looking for other ways to supplement my income & when I was babysitting in college for families at my church I really enjoyed getting to know the kids and spending time with the families. Babysitting Experience: I was a regular babysitter at my church in college for all the families, one family had 4 boys under the age of 5 that I watched regular for mom & dad date nights and their work meetings. When the boys were younger I helped take care of them from as babies, changing diapers and giving baths, going out for play time. Mom was on bed rest with the youngest 2 that Read more were twins so she needed help at home. So I'd help with making dinner & getting the 2 older boys baths or taking them to the park. Another family I regularly babysat for were two girls 4-6 while Mom & Dad had special events/ meetings, We did fun activities together like crafts, games. & mini dance lessons. At church events I was also a regular Sunday School Teacher for the younger ones from babies-4 year olds, teaching lessons, and doing activities with them during church service. A few times a semester I'd assist with the older kids' lesson class age 5 to 10 yrs old. Church Leadership Meetings: I would babysit with another sitter the ministers' kids so their parents could participate, so together we would have two or three families at a time and work as a team to take care of them (ranging in age from 1 yr old-4yr old) and do activities while the meeting was in session.
