I am currently working with at-risk teenagers at an alternative high school as a student teacher, and am looking to supplement my income for the summer. I have experience with two girls, ages 4 and 6, which I babysat during the summer of 2012. My focus with the girls was to keep them active, and away from the television as much as possible. I have experience taking them to the movies by myself, watching them as they swim, as well as preparing their meals and cleaning the house. I am a bit of a nerd, and I also tend towards silly, but I think with children, that this is a really great advantage for me!
