I have experience with simultaneously babysitting a 14 y/o, two 12 y/os, 10 y/o, 9 y/o, and an 8 month old baby ALL in one house (a couple times a week for about 4 months). Yes, it was hectic, but it was possible. I have also LIGHTLY worked with a disabled 30 y/o for about 2 years. When I say lightly, I mean that I did not shower or dress, but I fed, watched, accosted, and observed. I am prepared to work with any children or teens through a flexible schedule through what skills I already have, but I am also willing to learn and become knowledgeable (if not already) with what is required. I have extraordinary communication and organizational skills, and I love being helpful and needed.
