For the past 5 years, I have been working at a private school as an assisting teacher/childcare provider during the summer in the Bay Area. I work in a classroom of toddlers supervising outdoor play, as well as teaching numbers, colors, and songs using a Montessori way of teaching inside a classroom, as well as supervising play and enforcing proper classroom behavior and behavior between the toddlers. I have also been babysitting children on weekends for long before this. I have been a nanny before as well, and work as a part-time nanny when attending school at California State University, Fullerton. I absolutely love working with children and as I am currently in Alameda from May until late August, I would love to find a family who is looking for some help on weekends during these summer months. I consider myself a patient, responsible person, and I am currently working Read more toward my minor in child development, so I am constantly learning new information to be a better caretaker.
