I have been babysitting consistently for nine years, and have developed and maintained amazing relationships with the children and parents I've worked with. In middle, high school, and summers during college, I babysat for about a dozen families in my hometown, and I always became their go-to sitter. My mom is a kindergarten teacher, my dad is a pediatrician, and I am the oldest of three sisters, so I had excellent models for childcare growing up. Aside from babysitting, I worked as a chef educator teaching groups of 12 kids ages 6-13 how to cook. I would also often take care of and organize activities for 12-20 kids at a time when I was in high school through girl scouts and school events. I am very organized, patient, kind, fun-loving, and I am so comfortable and confident in my ability to care for children. I have very good conflict-resolution skills, Read more I am CPR and first-aid certified, a great cook, love to clean and help parents out in any way that I can. I graduated college in May and am looking for a part-time, in-person babysitting/nannying job to supplement my other part-time income working remotely for my alma mater. I am looking for a family close-by. I have limited access to my housemate's car and would prefer to walk or bike over.
