I am CPR certified and First Aid trained. I received my certification recently and can present it upon an interview. I drive a 2005 SUV which is in great working condition. It is perfect for outings, pick-ups/drop-offs, errands, and emergencies if necessary. All the seat belts are in great working condition. There is plenty of space in the back seat for car seats and also plenty of space in the trunk area for packing strollers, groceries, diaper bags, etc! I have an excellent driving record and have never been in an accident. I also have a clean background check. Experience: Currently I volunteer once a month at my church to help with the preschoolers. I have also been doing short-term care jobs over the last year with children from ages 1-12 years old. I have previous experience working in church nurseries with infants as well. I am from a family Read more of 10 children and I grew up caring daily for 3 of them so I have lots of experience changing diapers, burping babies, handling meal prep, helping with crafts and games (learning games, board games, card games, and even some video games), reading to kids and being animated to keep their attention and engage them, helping with homework, watching family-friendly movies (parent-approved), singing songs, doing activities that include fresh air and exercise, handling nap time, doing laundry/housekeeping, and creating a safe and fun environment for everyone. I am looking for long-term work now and I want to care for children because I find a lot of joy in cultivating a loving environment that promotes good character, development, safety, and fun! I am a very cheerful, positive person. I love to laugh and you'll most often see me smiling. I am healthy and I can care for sick kids. I make it a point to honor people's time and requests to the best of my ability. I consider myself someone who has great integrity and someone who is very trustworthy. I am punctual and I actually arrive a little bit early. These are obviously things that you would come to know with time though. I look forward to hearing from you and potentially working for your family! :)
