I have a degree in Early Childhood Education, I have worked with children and families in the community for over 20 years. I am a mother of four children and an active member of the PTO. I worked for Northcoast Children's Services for six years in a variety of positions, and I worked as an Education Manager in San Francisco for over a year. I recently moved back into the area and I am currently working as a stay at home mom. I am looking for some part time nanny work because I adore working with little ones, and also need to bring in some income. I am certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid and I have been trained in PIWI, Parents Interacting With Infants, as well as have attended numerous trainings on the topic of children with special needs. I have taught parenting classes over the year, as Read more well as given workshops on nutrition, pediatric dental education, sibling rivalry and more! I have been a self-proclaimed doula since the age of 9, when I attended my first birth. I find it a great honor to care for other peoples children. I love taking children outside and doing craft projects with them. If an evening babysitter is needed I would love to be able to bring one of my daughters along to play as well, if that is okay, however not required. My availability varies because of my own children's schedules, however I am flexible.
