My name is Camille and I am from London, England but moved to Berkeley in May to marry my partner of two years. Before leaving the UK, I graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Political Science. I have been working as a nanny and babysitter for the last ten years. I currently look after a one year old baby and do sleep training with him. I also take care of a seven year old on a less regular basis. I also enjoy working with older children and have a good deal of experience doing so. During university, I looked after two children age five and seven. I would babysit them when their parents had date nights. My responsibilities would include, playing a game or setting up a creative activity, making dinner, bath time and stories before bed. In 2008, I lived with a family in the Netherlands and took care of a newborn baby whose mother was going back to work. In order to better connect with the birth process, I recently trained as a doula to increase my knowledge so I can better support mothers and newborns.
